miércoles, el 27 de enero- Tarea: Brainstorm as many facts as you remember (in Spanish) from the movie and put them into the T chart you received in class today. Include facts about who they were, what they wanted, where they were from, etc. Use your vocabulary list to come up with the vocabulary (the last section of the list). When you are finished with your Interpretive Reading Assessment and you have turned it into the tray, click here to view the slideshow for today. You will need headphones to watch/listen to the videos in the slideshow.
In class we use the flashcards you made last night to review your vocabulary terms playing ¡Yo lo tengo! If you were absent, simply review the words from your list with as much description/explanation/synonyms as possible.
Click here to view the slideshow with interpersonal practice questions we used to practice the Presente Perfecto verbs. After the quiz, pick up the handout "Espacio Publicitario" and watch the advertisement videos below. Fill in the verbs (using the pres perfect form) as you hear them for each video. Repeat as many times as you need. For the "Iconos" and "Analisis crítico de los medios" sections, think about what type of video you are watching...it is a commercial...so what are they selling? To whom? Complete all other sections of the handout, but wait until everyone has finished their quiz before starting any conversations with partners... the "Antes de ver..." and "¿Lo has hecho tú también?" sections. ¿Cuál ha sido el logro más importante de tu vida hasta ahora?
Tarea: Para el martes, busca una foto personal de algo que has hecho durante tu vida de que eres muy orgulloso (el logro más importante de tu vida hasta ahora). Describe la foto y tu logro con unas frases completas y trae todo a clase el martes. Investiga a una persona famosa en los Estados Unidos que ha hecho mucho trabajo humanitario.
